Вместо того, чтобы давать советы как начинать и развивать бизнес, делимся своим печальным опытом несостоявшегося или прогоревшего дела.
Что же мы сделали, что наше дело прогорело?

Я, была ИП, оказывала услуги по журналистике. Прогорела на отчетах в ФНС и ПФР, так как доверила всю отчетность вести одной бухгалтерской фирме. Итого, была вынуждена закрыть ИП, дабы погасить задолженность за 2 года...
Включена рейтинговая защита. (Что это?)

Как работает рейтинговая защита?

На форумах Ykt.Ru общается множество разных людей. Как показывает статистика большая часть нарушений требования законодательства, особенно в форме откровенных оскорблений и случаев разжигания межнациональной розни, происходит в анонимном режиме. В связи с этим, темам, модераторами и ветеранами форума присваивается статус рейтинговой защиты, выделяемой значком R. Это означает, что в этой ветке не могут оставлять комментарии анонимные или вновь зарегистрированные пользователи. Минимальный рейтинг для участия этих темах в настоящее время установлен в 40. Для его получения достаточно к примеру создать один обсуждаемый топ или оставить 40 комментариев. На следующий день у пользователя уже будет необходимый для участия в R-темах рейтинг. Как показывает опыт, зарегистрированные пользователи следят за своей историей и не так бездумно бросаются оскорблениями, как часто случается у анонимов. Администрация форума за то, чтобы форум не скатывался в негатив и ругань, чтобы он был направлен на содержательное обсуждение. Уверены, что подавляющая часть пользователей нас в этом поддерживает.

Рейтинг пользователя рассчитывается по количеству созданных им топиков, сообщений, ответов к его топикам, а также от оценки других пользователей на ваши сообщения. Рейтинг носит информативный характер и будет учитываться при определении статуса пользователя, его доступа к некоторым обсуждениям и ряду других функций. Рейтинг пользователя ощутимо снижается при удалении его сообщений модератором. В каждом форуме, в котором включена рейтинговая защита, свой рейтинг пользователей, независимый от других форумов.

За что начисляются баллы?

Создание топика: +1 балл.
Ответ в чужом топике: +1 балл.
За каждый лайк вашего комментария или топика: +1 балл
За каждый дизлайк вашего комментария или топика: -1 балл
Ответ уникального пользователя в вашем топике: +1 балл. Количество ответов от одного и того же пользователя в вашем топике не имеет значения, 1 ответ или 100 ответов дают автору +1 балл.

Подсчет Баллов
Рейтинговая система на новом дизайне сайта рассчитывается не много иначе чем в старой версии форума (там отображает рейтинг за весь период времяпровождения на форуме), на новом же рейтинг ведется за активность в течении 30 дней, т.е. если вы написали сообщение 1 апреля (+1 к рейтингу) и не оставляли сообщений до 1 мая, то ваш рейтинг становиться нулевым. Новый подсчет рейтинга хорош тем, что старые баллы не подсчитываются, а так же чтобы в топе пользователей показывало активных форумчан на данное время.

За что вычитаются баллы?

Удаление модератором топика: -5 баллов.
Удаление модератором сообщения: -5 баллов.
Вычитание происходит мгновенно.
При восстановлении сообщения или топика баллы не возвращаются.
Баллы вычитаются лишь у автора удаленного сообщения. У авторов сообщений, которые были ответами на удаляемое сообщение, рейтинг не уменьшается.
Если сообщение удалил сам автор, рейтинг не уменьшается.

начали бизнес с корешем, не прошло и пол года - разосрались, разошлись, оба остались без жилья.
поднял родственнику фирму с нуля (ныне одна из крупнейших в городе) - разосрались, разошлись, родственник миллиардер, я никто и звать меня никак.
поднял ещё одному корешу фирму с нуля - благодарности ноль, ничего не заработал, кроме обещалок и лапши на ушах, во время предложили хорошую работу, ушёл.
Открыл по тем временам ЧП, покрутился, не хватило оборотки, закрылся.
Открыл ИП Взял в аренду магазинчик, хозяин подставил, съехал через три дня, закрыл ИП.
Открыл ИП занялся поставками, не расчетал сегмент и сезонность, заторчал кучу денег банкам, закрыл ИП.
Открыл бизнес с корефаном, корефан обокрал до нитки, свернул бизнес.
Плюнул на всех родственников и корефанов, открыл своё новое ИП, пять лет, полёт нормальный.

    Пока не прогорел. Лишь налоговики тупят. Несколько раз счета блокировали, при том ошибочно при чистой работе. При том два раза за все время деятельности пфр блокировал. Благо восстанавливают через неделю, твари. Даже не извиняются. Так три объекта ускользнуло. Надо бы спросить за упущенную прибыль.

      michael.nrc, отчет по пфр сдается в фнс, но штрафы начисляет пфр... и одновременно выставляет требование фнс.
      говорят, сперва нужно оплатить, а затем провести расчеты и сверку и тогда может быть сделают возврат.

      Ello4ka-Ludoedo4ka, судя по последним событиям, лучше работать как физ.лицо без всякого оформления ИП или ООО.
      Проблема только в оплате. Но, если ваши услуги того стоят, то с оплатой проблем не будет
      ндфл на пополнение счета карты еще не ввели )

    2) никогда не давай деньги в долг
    3) не бери на работу родственников
    4) не бери кредиты
    5) каждую неделю составляй план
    6) умей экономить и считать деньги

      1) сегодня даже договору нельзя доверить, если это не ваш вариант
      2) деньги должны быть в обороте
      3) и неучей тоже
      4) лучше обойтись БГ и ТК
      5) должен быть ежедневный распорядок дня
      6) умей правильно тратить свои деньги

          dauren, как известно неделя, как определкнный период не оправдывает себя, к тому же ограничен праздничными и выходными днями.
          Оптимальный план, на мой взгляд, 9 календарных дней (среди них 7 рабочих дней).
          А на 10 день, подведение итогов и оформление плана на след. 9 дней
          Итого на выходе получаем: 3 скачка в месяц

Сам придерживаюсь почти всеми вашими описанными пунктами. grinning face Тьфу тьфу тьфу, в августе будет как год, как открыли магазин. xD Стартовали с суммы 296 тыс, как вспомню в холод бросает fearful face До этого хотел быть провайдером, но бюрократия отбила всё желание, оборудование зато пригодилось на работе xD при вводе 3 - х этажного здания в эксплуатацию, как грится "первый блин всегда комом".

        Ни в коем случае не пей алкоголь, не играй в азартные игры,не трать деньги на развлекуху.

        Если тебе плохо(стресс от поражений) запрись в комнате и слушай музыку в качественных наушниках! и вбей в свой мозг что все будет хорошо grinning face мне помогает.

            Мышление без бабла

            Не стоит и ломаного гроша, особенно когда не умеешь прогибаться перед нужными людьми, заводить нужные связи в ущерб своим принципам, именно по этому всегда был в конфликте с начальством, так что я уж как нибудь сам, медленно, но уверенно.

              вот принципы как раз таки и ограничивают возможность реализоваться

              а бабло, дай их людям и они все равно останутся ни с чем

              кто у нас умеет смотреть на годы вперед? я думаю, это и есть другое мышление, восприятие своего мира, а не банальное купили и продали

      LeGrand, в самой пфр по своему номеру ИНН, это если ИП.
      в том втором здании где раньше сдавали отчеты, как зайдешь дверь прямо, справа от терминала

      Если ООО то там где основное здание у улицы, на первом этаже как зайдешь слева, на 4-5 ступеньки верх идешь и там считали задолженность

      это раньше так было, сейчас кто его знает

    Был такой опыт. Почему настиг неуспех: нежелание, неумение, незнание. Неправильно посчитали, сами навыков не имели, деньги не ценили, тратили всю выручку, набрали кредитов, чтобы продержаться наплаву. Итог: неоплаченные в то время кредиты, не общаемся с бывшим партнером, не общаюсь/редко общаюсь с друзьями, у которых брали деньги (всё вернули). Кредиты все погашены. Работаю в крупной компании, с предпринимательством покончено. Начинали в возрасте 24х лет, всё закончилось через 3 года.

    Вложил (когда начинал заниматься ИП делом)все деньги на урожай ранней капусты не подумавши о хранении ...большая часть сгнила...извлек урок никогда не аккумулировать денег на один только вид товара...а говорят еще деньги не пахнут...врут..еще как пахнут)):

    Фома,если бизнес мелкий или средний то лучше самому тащить(если промах то это твой промах,а если компаньон промахнулся на большие деньги то...разницу чувствуете))):...я уже зарекся на пару с кем то бизнес делать(есть горький опыт) ..себе дороже.

      Алекс-, с партнерами лучше бизнес не вести вообще, если только все не распределено по секторам, но это размах

      а в большинстве случаев, кто то все равно будет работать больше других (рутинную работу), кто то ничего не сделает за месяц, но приведет один большой контракт, кто то вообще скажет что помещение и оборудование его... и в итоге, при распределении прибыли будет раздрай

    интересная тема)

    я в свое время занимался хостелом.
    Недвижимость была арендованная, деньги в кредит. все шло не плохо, но мне не понравилось, и я вывел все деньги

    сейчас иду к цели строительства красивых долговечных частных домов на свайном или мощном ленточном фундаменте.

    по плану должны были построить дом, продать с маржой, на маржу купить оборудование, и так по кругу развиваться.

    дом строили своими силами и средствами, ибо бюджет ограниченный. Каменный дом построили, а на отделку и инженерку денег не хватило. На данный момент зарабатываю деньги для логического завершения строительства.
    дело не бросаю, просто медленно иду к цели. кредит не дают, ибо постоянного места работы нету.

    вывод: - лучше и по возможности начинать бизнес на чужие деньги

    Начинал с 2009 года. Зарегился как ИП. С этого дня крутишься вертишься. Как говорят волка ноги кормят. Бывают падения и взлеты. В основном прогорают не рассчитав силы. Берут большой обьем. Влезают в долги под %. Организация долго выплачивает, сгораешь на процентах. Раз влез надо выкручиваться. Находишь поставщиков, делаешь репутацию. Самое главное правило никому не доверяй проверяй, руководи сам своей стратегией, никого не впускай в свой бизнес. Начнется бардак. Сохраняй репутацию. У любого успешного бизнесмена в глазах вечный поиск, огонь в глазах, живой интерес в общении. Иногда жалею своих друзей офисников, продавцов, учителей. Потухшие глаза, все делают по чьей то указке как вол тянущий обоз. Все таки быть свободным это очень хорошо.

      olesya1204, фирма которой доверилась
      -сдавала отчеты с опозданием
      -допускала грубые ошибки в декларации т.к. делала все по шаблону
      -сдавала декларации по соц.защите вместо декларации о налогах. И получилось что я не сдала декларацию вообще.
      -не предоставляла информацию о включении сведений

    Перекормил заёмными деньгами бизнес, не построив ПРОДУКТ и ПРОДАЖИ. Вообще мало внимания уделял этим самым важным вещам, забивая голову всякими второстепенными вещами: юрлицо, бухгалтерия, бизнес-план и финаналитика вилами по воде, отчёты, налоги, офис, тарифный план корпоративного номера и прочая фигня...

    Вроде продвигаться по сео затем НЕИЗВЕСТНЫЙ

    Новая система оценки качества и значимости сайтов поражает. каким путем расти и по каким критериям необходимо продвинуть сайт дабы добиваться высоких позиций и хорошего показателя ИКС? Причесали буквально все форумы,прочитали кучи информации, но нигде никакой конкретики.

    И нечего,вот еще один остался и за летний сезон отобъю все что потерял!
    Дело в то.
    надо дальше идти до конца,
    связей у меня много.Главное иметь информацию а не деньги. Даже сминимумам вложений примерно 500к я могу вернуть все свои потери.
    есть отличный план для бизнеса,
    но вы его не потяните. Ибо любите холяву)))

However, the data summarized by the Ministry of Communications still shows that in Latvia the volume of freight rail transportation by comparison with 2016 has decreased by 8.4% and amounted to 43.792 million tons.

    Traffic congestion can lead to a loss of 200 billion euros
    The mobility of goods is an essential component of the EU internal market; this greatly contributes to the competitiveness of the industry and services in Europe. The types of lengthy transportation as railway can reduce their costs, which arise in connection with the traffic congestion on the roads. The increase of approximately 50% is projected by the year 2050, reaching a volume of almost 200 billion euros per year.

    The amount of international rail transportation in 2017 was 42.138 million tons, which showed a decline of 9.1% compared to 2016. However, domestic traffic has increased by 11.5% to 1.653 million tonnes. The volume of transit cargo from the total amount of international rail freight transport amounted to 38.719 million tons, which showed a drop of 6.5% compared to the previous year, the volume of imported goods was 3.067 million tons, or 22.4% less, and the volume of export cargo was 351 800 tons, which was a drop of 2.8 times. In 2016, in Latvia, by rail, 47.821 million tons were transported. Taking into consideration the decline in the international transport sector in 2017, the question is, by which means can we achieve the volume increase? By implementation of the well-considered long-term solutions, it is possible to get back to the level that used to be before the embargo against Russia was introduced in 2013.

    One of the key priorities nowadays is the development of the railway infrastructure, and in this case, it is expected, the railway infrastructure can be financed by the European Union.Rolands petersons defacto It is essential to find a solution how to increase the average commercial speed of freight trains since the speed is only about 18 km/h on the majority international routes in Europe. One of the solutions can be the improvement of cooperation between existing infrastructure organizations in Europe. The actual train system needs to be adapted to the needs of the railway freight transport sector, especially in the EU freight rail corridors. This would contribute to the competitiveness of rail transport with other modes of transport, especially with the road transport sector, which infrastructure is easily accessible in all Member States.

Therefore, it is necessary to find out the ways to make a better use of available EU funding and target it to the rail transport industry in order to achieve improvements in such areas as a coherent approach to policy objectives and funding (while focusing on corridors for freight railways transportation), for the selection, planning and management of projects, as well as for the maintenance of railroad networks.

    Despite the political and economic changes of the last decade, the influence of the transport and logistics industry on the economy of our country remains high: in 2016 the sector increased the value added to the GDP by 9.1%.     был ип, работал на патенте, оплачивал все взносы, потом налоговая насчитала усн (сами решили что я не патентник и расходов у меня нет), пытался судится - бесполезно, закрылся с долгами. С такими законами и "правами" и "поддержкой" в этой стране не хочется больше связываться с предпринимательством, если только "серым"
